Flutes: 4, good
Oboe: Good,but not a soloist ;-)
Bassoon: Good
Clarinets: 9, 3 strong, the rest are okay
Altos: 4, good
Tenor/Bari: Both good
Trumpets: 6, they can play but hide at times. RAnge is getting better
Horns: Just two that are okay but something that's doubled in sax or other instruments is helpful
Trombones: 5, good
Euphoniums: 2, good
Tubas: 3, pretty good
Percussion: 5, solid
