There are a MILLION VARIABLES to region band numbers, especially high school. Including how the Region Bands are set up by the Region, how many, classification based or just on TMEA/ATSSB lines, etc. Not to mention all of the other factors that other people have mentioned.Then the other factor how much do you have to push it, and are people buying into it, or is it a struggle.
