Have had success with the Korg Tuner/Met TM60 - and have had success with the Korg Tuner CA-2.
What I noticed with the On Stage tuners is that the chord is significantly shorter. It gets pulled off the music stand more often than the korg does.
They are also very WONKY. Majority of the time they pick up notes correctly and sometimes they are quite off.
The chords also wear out much faster than the Korgs do.
I guess I mentioned all of that because my guess is that the Tuner Caddy being cheaper will probably also lack quality similar to the On Stage. That could very well be incorrect though as I've not used the Tuner Caddy's.
I personally wouldn't listen to anything anyone on yellow board says as I have to find out for myself. I'd say order a couple of the Tuner Caddy's for now and have some of your top players try them out and compare them with a Korg. See what works best for you.
Also possibly do Korg contact mics with the cheaper tuner. Might make a difference.
Big investment so worth taking the extra time to compare.
Best of luck and update us with your findings.
