Three movements.
The clarinets never go above the break.
You would have to do a little re-writing in the second movement to cover all of the alto/tenor parts, but in the 1st and 3rd movement their parts are pretty much always doubled somewhere.
The top note in the trombone/euph is C right above the staff, and that is only in the 2nd movement.
Technique wise, the hardest rhythms in the wind parts are eighth notes.
I've spent the vast majority of my career working with the grade 3 list and for me without a doubt this the most playable one on the list.
