For 2's, It's been a while since I played it, but the Sweeney arrangement of Down By The Salley Gardens was playable. I don't really remember the clarinet part, but I don't remember having to work them a lot.
Little Suite for Band is kind of easy, but you also have to deal with multiple movements.
