I have a small 6A sub nv. We definitely don't have the level of players most 6a's do. I need a grade three suggestion that does not have three parts for any instrument.
Flute section is weak, but there is one strong player.
Clarinets are average, but also have 1.5 strong players in there. 
Trumpets are strong, and anything with a trumpet solo would be great.
I am most likely losing percussionists to the NV band, so nothing with a lot of percussion.
