while some of these may be true for a specific campus, most (maybe none) are these are going to apply globally.

If you're taking a job like this in hopes of creating a world class band program, well.......good luck with that. Not that kids at these type of campuses don't deserve the best instruction, your career/teaching aspirations have to match your community's expectations.
