Can you substitute Euphonium in a Trombone Trio, i.e. 2 trombones and 1 euph?

In this case, the piece of music is:

Contest Trio No. 2 by Ostransky, Published by Rubank, Inc.

It is both on the Baritone/Euphonium Trio list, and on the Trombone Trio List.

So, could you perform it with 2 trombones and 1 Euph, or would it have to be all Trombones or all Euphs?
