Yes pretty much the exact same situation, they had a stadium-naming ceremony at half-time. We didn't perform our show (it was the 1st or 2nd game) and went as a pep/stands band. Wasn't a big deal to me, the students, principal, parents, etc. The only other thing I will add is that the home school did let me know that this was happening well in advance (2 weeks or more).
