Ok ya'll, after digging a bit more deeply on the Barbers Hill issue, here's what I think we can all agree on:


1) TMEA rules of All-State students need to be changed to allow students who are members of an invited ensemble to perform with said ensemble. There should be a limit as to how much time they can miss (no going out onto the exhibit floor to mingle)

2) TMEA needs to give guidance as to what necessitates a Level I, II and III penalty.
