Hello, I am trying to find clarification on a class 2 trombone solo as I prepare student material for solo & ensemble this year. Guidance as to who to ask for clarification, or an answer to the question is greatly appreciated!

UIL Class 2 Trombone Solo:

Edwards - Concert Pieces for Trombone, Vol II (#13-24) (Play any two)

Each of the Concert pieces is divided into two sections. Does this mean the student will perform one single concert piece, or does the student have to perform two separate concert pieces? (ex. 13 and 14). The pieces range from 4 to 5 mins each and it seems excessive to me for a class 2 solo to be 9 minutes of music, which is why I am asking for clarification.
