We laminate luggage tags and put on all the cases. We've had a few pulled off by middle school students, but that is a rare occurrence. We use construction paper in the primary school color and put the brand, model, serial number, and school contact information on the tag. Cases are all marked with the school initials so pawn shops can see it doesn't belong to them.
