And as a 20+ year teacher whose wife has homeschooled their 3 kids the whole way so far, my guess is that you probably wouldn't lose many to homeschool 'vouchers' due to the fact that that means when you take the $$, the govt may now be having a say in things, thereby negating much of why people homeschool.
