I hate the concept of vouchers. However, I don't think they will affect many students. A good private school is at least 20K, the best are 30K+. That 10K isn't going to make much difference, and there are also income level limits in the bill so the most wealthy parents out there (who could already afford private school) don't benefit as much. It's going to be a very small percentage of students who move from public to private because of vouchers.
