Before you start this process, why not be proactive and submit the piece yourself to the PML committee?
The committee hasn't made changes to the list yet for 2025-26 - you could get the piece added.

Barring that, you could wait to see if it gets added to the PML for the fall by someone else's submission. If it's a new work, it may get added, as Standridge is a well known composer to those who add to the PML on an annual basis.
