I don't know too many .. up-tempo, for lack of better words .. versions of Amazing Grace. Most of the arrangements I know of the song are ballad style.

That being said, you could call the show "Amazing Grace" and start maybe with Lewis Capaldi's "Grace" or one of the other popular versions, do Amazing Grace as a ballad, then close with "Amazing (Just the Way You Are)" by Bruno Mars?
