Are they trying to pay with CashApp specifically? Or is it just a debit/credit card payment issue? There are a few routes that could be taken, and they all need to run through your administration most likely.
1) We do accept CashApp through our payments for the Boosters at the concession stand. CashApp connects with PayPal/Square I believe. That's our route there.
2) District payment system? Do you have something already? I know many districts do. (I really would like ours to start)
3) If you have a district account through Presto or CutTime (I think they do this) you can accept payments through the system. This again needs to run through your district channels as it will require a district bank account to deposit funds. I don't know that either of them have connected with CashApp yet.
My advice is to be very careful with anything ever financial wise. This is very much something I would be in discussions with my business office on in my smaller district.
