Sign up for fitness coaching. Find someone who understands your age and what you’re going through. Losing that amount of weight is a process. Educate yourself about the benefits of weight lifting v. Cardio and its affects on metabolism. You’re going to want to put on muscle because it is the most metabolic tissue and will increase your metabolism over time. Stay away from cardio based work outs because you’ll dig yourself into a metabolic hole. You want to find a coach that understands the reverse diet to build a healthy metabolism.
