So, whatever they do this year...they should do next year. Maybe what they're doing is working, and you don't need to change things. Maybe you can figure out a way to adapt what they're doing to appease your needs. But remember, if they've ALWAYS done it that way...then you'll be the one pushing something weird to them...not the other way around.
