So that’s the thing: he’s helping now because we’ve had staff meetings about everyone being involved in each class (blanket statement made to address something the other person in staff did), and I politely responded that it should be that way for each class. AND our new admin had been making a point to pop in a lot to see what we are doing. So I have been abandoned by him most of the time. Usually…I prefer that. But I do ask him to specifically help people from time to time, and it’s just not helpful. There have been times when he has even said out loud “eh I think they’re fine”
