I don't know if these will be helpful or not, but several years ago I created a set of sheets for my band students that have all of the band instruments with notes on staves along with blank fingering chart diagrams where students have to write in the note name for each pitch and fill in the blanks of the fingering diagrams to show they know the note names as well as know how to finger each of those notes.

There are 2 sets of sheets in the folder: Sheets for beginners and sheets for more advanced students.

The PDF folder has the sheets, but I also have in there the original Sibelius files I created to make them just in case anyone wants to use any of this to customize their own sheets.

I still have a lot of other worksheets on my Google Drive I used over the years that anyone is welcome to have if they wish. Most are general music type with some music theory that I used with secondary and some upper elementary band students. The sheets are out-of-print sets with a few others that I created from scratch. I'm glad to share those too if anyone might find them useful. Some of them I used for subs if I happened to be out for any reason.
