I have searched the Side-by-Side and cannot seem to find the rule. It appears in the table of contents, but it does not seem to be in the document.

I have a student who was pulled from band because he needed another class to graduate. Providing this student passes all of his classes and is otherwise eligible, can he participate in marching contests? I thought that he could, but I have a coworker that thinks otherwise. Can somebody post the ruling on this?
