Sounds like it's time for that AD to hit the trail. . He is not respecting you , kids or parents. I hope you have documented this behavior. If he is on a probationary contract, you don't need cause. Get with your administrator asap nd discuss this before he is offered a contract. After he is told that he is not returning and decides to throw an attitude just relieve him of his duties and have him file music. It would probably be better that you run the whole program until your new assistant arrives.
