Yes. You are paid a salary. However, you can point to equity if others are being paid a stipend for work outside of contract hours. For example, open house is outside of contract hours. But everyone is expected to attend and no one receives a stipend. If some employees are receiving a stipend for open house and you are not, you have something to grieve. Just make sure that you are truly being taken advantage of and not just "put off" about what you are being asked to do. You may not like this answer, but I don't make the rules. Maybe more details?
