Take the Robert Getchell practical studies for cornet and type them out for the entire band (feel free to choose your favorite set of etudes, doesn't have to be Getchell). Add neighbor and passing tones for the WWs, which gets their fingers moving and helps improve technique.
The Getchell practical studies are incredibly methodical in how they progress from simple to more advanced. It's very clever and useful for a full band, not just cornet/trumpet.
If you have help in the band hall, have your assistant take the percussion every day for 15 minutes to work fundamentals while your wind players read a Getchell study.
