If kids are being pulled by their actual other teachers, for example to make up work or "work on a project," simply start saying "No." And then turn over your rehearsal to your assistant and HEAD DOWN TO THE CLASSROOM and ask for your student.
If it's tutorial related or service related, you may be out of luck. The way the laws changed to require tutorial minutes IN ADDITION to SpEd services or speech or anything else the student received may mean that they miss some of your class.
