it is important that every kid be involved in sightreading. In the past there have not been enough parts to engage all of the percussionists in many of the bands. This is unacceptable in my opinion so this is a great change.

If you only have 5 players, you will just cover 5 of the parts (Snare, bass, timp, mallets, crash cymbs..)
