I appreciate your response a great deal. While I understand what you're saying... could you be more specific about the qualities that made her the best drum major you ever had? Was she a strong role model? Play her instrument well? Volunteer a lot? Have a positive attitude and good grades? Or other items. Also, did she always have the traits you liked the most out of all your drum majors, or did she only develop them after named to be a leader?
