To steal your line, I'm respectfully wondering if you could perhaps give a few more details. From your wording, it sounds like you might have about 10 leaders in your program and maybe 11 apply. I totally get that I might be reading your response wrong, which is why I was trying to get some numbers. Your strategy seems to work well for your program, which is fantastic! But I'm not sure if it will be able to transfer to mine without those details.

Also, what do you use your leaders for? Marching? Do they teach any kind of fundamentals at all? It sounds like you don't trust them musically... What is your criteria for choosing them?
