One had to be let go because he was incompetent. Couldn't run a rehearsal, couldn't handle delegation. Needed to not be an educator. The others left to take over their own programs because they were type A folks who wanted their own programs. They never left on bad terms. I was in their rehearsal halls when they left because I was invited. Have a great day.
