Hi Yellowboarders!

I have some beginners that have given up on learning to play their instrument. They've lost so much playing time due to forgetting instruments, book, in school suspension, yada yada....

A couple of years ago I had a Theory book that had instruction at the top and then questions below. It was mostly fill in the blank. Does anyone have that in .pdf or a link to it?

I could then hand them a packet for their grade and then focus on those that wanted to learn.
