Let UIL Region Secretaries know that you are on the provisional list and willing to judge any of their events. Most of them are willing to help add good quality judges to the list. It also does not hurt the let colleagues in other regions know that you would like to have their support of a recommendation to their UIL ES to be considered as an adjudicator.
