We have it spelled out in the organizations bylaws. Essentially the organization can be dissolved if the director feels it's in the best interest. There is a set amount of time to transfer all funds/equipment to the district.

Honestly if I ever have to pull the trigger on this I fully plan to have admin involvement. They will probably discuss with districts lawyers I would assume. This is in that legal territory where the 'not a lawyer' is a problem.
