Please help. I have a student that earned a solid "1" on a class 2 solo this year, they have great tone, but has technique issues. The solos we have done were well suited as they were melodic and lyrical. Technique should be challenged but here are limitations on what this student will be able to do.
Please help me find some class 1 solo ideas as we can start now - yes it may take that long- for their senior year.
