That's not a good faith argument. There's no way that you know at a 99.9% sureness that it goes down that way. I challenge you to provide any evidence that shows it to be true.

Head directors can probably assign teaching roles for rostered classes and receive 99% admin support. Can't make me stay until 6pm though.

"Duties as assigned" is not what you think it is. It is admin power to assign you to a different class, campus, or role. Can't make me stay to mop the floors outside of the district and campus expectations of attendance for teachers. Take my classes and make me mop during regular hours? Strange and unusual, perhaps allowed, but not cost efficient.

Love y'all head directors, appreciate you spearheading and leading the charge. But some of y'all think the title is "assistant to the band director".
