Apparently not in Region 11. I was told no tuners BY A JUDGE. I questioned it and they claimed it was the rule. We had to pick up all of the tuners. It was great since we had to wait 15 minutes to go in to SR from the stage. Still got a first division, but tuning was affected. The judge who told us we couldn't use tuners even mentioned the tuning. Maybe Dr. Kent should clarify this.
