Have them play it slowly on many different rhythms, like Scottish Snap, swung, eighth quarter eighth. Have them do this forwards and backwards, starting in different places in the measure. Vary up the spots that they would slur and tongue.

If all else fails, modify the part if needed for those that continue to have difficulties.
