You're at a small 2A, correct?

What are your kids doing in 10th+ grade that they didn't already do in 7th, 8th, and 9th grade to keep them interested?

The music likely isn't getting harder - you aren't dividing a Varsity and NV ensemble with a school that size.

Your kids need to be challenged. Make S&E a huge part of your curriculum. Push All-Region and All-State.

And also understand that if you're a small 2A, your kids will quit to work jobs to help their families starting in 10th grade.
