First of all, thank you for all that you are doing for your students. I think many people are feeling this way. In talking to other directors, it seems like every school has its own set of problems. It is always hard to take over a program. Just remember that in a year or two, the students that preferred the other director will be gone and you will only have the kids that you trained in the way your want things. Stick to what you know and hopefully it will get better. Our admin changed this year also and so many of our staff are unhappy, but I have learned that if you stick it out, teacher tend to outlast administrative positions.
