When you pass out the tickets, have them in order by seat and row number, and have the kids line up so that the person in line next to them will sit next to them Sometimes this doesn't work out if a new row begins in your ticket block.

Have the kids take pictures of their tickets once issued to them. That way if they lose them (which they will) they can use their phones to find their way back to your section.

I usually had parents on duty in the common walking spaces just so they kids have a reference and a recognizable adult face when they come to and from.

Also, it helps if they are all wearing matching band shirts.
