So about 240 kids and 60 adults.
This is middle school 6th-8th grade
We are in the all you can eat seats which is amazing value AND it is sectioned off from the rest of the park so kids can't roam around and get lost. Beautiful.
For those who have done a sporting event with your program, what things do I need to think about prior to the trip? I'm thinking student safety, restrooms, and seating. Also giving them time for souvenirs as there isn't a gift shop in our section.
Biggest thing right nkw is I am really trying to wrap my head around getting kids assigned into specific seats and having parents spread around each row.any advice for that is appreciated.
