The real difficulty with vouchers is they strip away money and wealthier students from schools. The reality is a voucher does not do much for a family without the means to pay for tuition and fees private schools charge. With the exception of religious schools, which seem to have ,ore modest tutition and fees, cost for private schools are 2 to 4 times the amount of the propose voucher.
As for the success, or non success of a school, it is About clientele, clientele, clientele.
