I know the gov. is not concerned. But seriously, I wonder how much it will actually affect rural schools. I worked in a rural for only one year and there was not much else around. Are there many other options in your vicinity that parents would even be willing to choose, let alone travel to? Regardless, I don't like where this is headed.
