One solution I've used since Smart Music was downgraded to the web based version was this:

Record the piano track at your desired Tempo I. You can then use a program like Audacity or GarageBand (both free) to alter tempo to sections as necessary.

Splice them back together and you have exactly what you need. It takes a little getting used to if you haven't tried it before.
