Yes, tell your HR people to be patient. It usually takes up to a month for TMEA to get the CPE schedule going properly. Keep in mind many people at TMEA are taking this week "off" (or half-days) due to how many hours they put in last week.

TMEA will email you soonish and tell you where to go to put in your personal convention schedule when that feature is up and running, and from there you usually can create your CPE record.
