I have been a band director for 25+ years and I have always dreaded fundraising. I hated asking my students to sell items, collect pledges and/or reach out to people to ask for money. I had a program created to take the "pick the date" donation calendar fundraising to a whole new level by making it FULLY digital.
HOW IT WORKS
We design a donation calendar for your group, students/parents post their unique calendar URL to their social media and done! Donors pick the date (s) that corresponds to the amount they wish to donate. They are sent to a payment screen and their name populates the date (s). When completed, one check is sent to you with a detailed student donation summary report. It is super easy on your bookkeeper or treasurer.
Each individual will have the potential of raising close to $500 without having to collecting ANY contacts. (31 day calendar=$496)
