Our superintendent is reluctant to allow private lessons during class time. We started an after school program this year but participation is only about 40% at our middle school. So, if you are at a 3A/1C, (or were a 3a/1c when your lesson program started) and have lessons during class, I'd like to know how your program works, the participation rate, and any issues you may have had.

If you have a superintendent who is knowledgeable about,and supportive of your lesson program, then ultimately we'd like to put our super in touch with yours.
