You even posted the rule, yet are still calling marking on an overlay, cheating. Another, "spirit of the rule" post. We have clear UIL rules. If they are being followed to the letter, there is NO cheating involved! Don't like students marking on overlays? Go to your region meeting and submit a motion for a rule change. I swear, this is one of the reasons that the band rules for UIL are debated far more than choir and orchestra.
