I'm a big fan of 28lb 11x17 paper. I buy the Hammermill cases off of Amazon and usually use one or two a year with copies. It feels the right thickness for music/scores. I saw 32lb mentioned below, but I always feel like that is too thick myself.

Be warned they have very poor shipping skills with that paper... I usually have at least some of the box damaged in shipment.
