Although Woodlands Celebration is described as a "joyful march" by the composer, I don't think I would play it as my march at contest. It's not a bad piece, I just believe that it doesn't fit into what is traditionally accepted as a march. However, as everyone else has proposed, your region secretary is the best person to ask. Let us know what they say!
